HISTORY!
We have owned and operated Your Mountain Realty since July 1, 2003. We were licenced with another Broker for approximately 2 1/2 years in Banner Elk, NC, before opening our own company. We had owned and operated USA Realty, Inc. in Jacksonville, Fla. since 1988; however, that corporation is now inactive at this time. We were licensed with Watson Realty in Jacksonville, Fla., before opening USA Realty, Inc.
Certifications and Recognitions:Clifton M. Surrency, Jr., BROKER IN CHARGE, Your Mountain Realty, and June Carolyn Surrency, BROKER Associate, Your Mountain Realty, both of us are members of the National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors and The High Country Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Our Fla. Broker's licensing is presently current-inactive. We have had many years of experience rehabing houses to re-sell for "Top Dollar", and creative Real Estate Investing.

General Building Contractors License #63809. Carolyn is a Representative for "Eagles Nest Homes, Inc.". These homes are Panelized Homes and are considered by the bank as "Stick Built".
