HISTORY!
We have owned and operated Your Mountain Realty since July 1, 2003. We were licenced with another Broker for approximately 2 1/2 years in Banner Elk, NC, before opening our own company. We had owned and operated USA Realty, Inc. in Jacksonville, Fla. since 1988; however, that corporation is now inactive at this time. We were licensed with Watson Realty in Jacksonville, Fla., before opening USA Realty, Inc.
Certifications and Recognitions:Clifton M. Surrency, Jr., BROKER IN CHARGE, Your Mountain Realty, and June Carolyn Surrency, BROKER Associate, Your Mountain Realty, both of us are members of the National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors and The Avery-Watauga Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Our Fla. Broker's licensing is presently inactive. We have had many years of experience rehabing houses to re-sell for "Top Dollar", and creative Real Estate Investing. We are also members of The Beech Mountain Chamber of Commerce.

Clif had a Florida contractor's licence and built houses in Jacksonville, Fla.; however, he did not keep the Florida license current. Clif has recently received his N.C. General Building Contractors License # 63809. Carolyn has received her "eligibility letter" to also take the N.C. General Contractors exam soon.
We have our entire office networked with DSL to instantly access the Multiple Listing Service from every room. To better serve you, just bring your laptop computer and check with your office back home, or check your e-mail from our DSL network.
We do "BUYER AGENCY" on all listings that are listed with another Broker, and we do "DUAL AGENCY" on listings that are listed in our office. We do "SELLER AGENCY" when another Broker's office sells our listing, or when a Seller does not want to accept the Dual Agency Representation.
